Mark Brotton, the owner of Living Water Irrigation and Landscape, and his team installed a WiFi-controlled, extensive outdoor landscape lighting system on our 2.5-acre property. They also removed an old irrigation system and replaced it with a new, state-of-the-art, WiFi-controlled, 20-zone, rain-catching, cistern-based drip irrigation system that waters the trees, shrubs, and grass across more than half of the property. Both the design and installation of these projects were completed promptly, professionally, and accurately. Communication was clear and timely.

Lisa, the business owner, customized our monthly landscaping maintenance plan to fit our budget, even offering a discount for e-statements and automatic billing. The monthly fee is very reasonable and covers small repairs, irrigation system maintenance and winterization, weed and trash removal, and hand-watering our trees during the winter. The crew is fantastic—I’ve never received a complaint from a tenant. Lisa also sends periodic photos and personal notes with our bill, updating us on the property's condition. Highly recommend!
